Can I pick-up my order from your warehouse?
Yes. At checkout there’s an option to pick-up your order from our warehouse in Ajax, Ontario, as opposed to having it shipped to you directly.

Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Canada. The tax rate charged will be based on the province your order is shipped to.
No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped outside of Canada.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?
Yes! If you find any of the customized items that you purchased at a lower advertised price within 30 days of your purchase, please contact our customer service centre. We will refund you the difference!
Do you keep my artwork on file for reordering purposes?
Yes. We keep all artwork on file so that reordering products is easy for our customers.
Do you offer a rush order service?
If you require your order in a rush, and can’t wait 10 business days please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer name and number personalization?
Yes. We offer both name and number personalization for garments and products.
How can I get my questions answered?
Our customer service team is available to serve you by Email, Phone, the “Contact us” web form or via On-line chat.
How do I get a product quote?
Simply click the “Instant Quote & Place Order” button located next to the selected product.
Enter the required product quantities by size, select the decoration type(s) & location(s).
You will notice a blue box with caption “Your Quote” that will instantly display the “Per Unit” price, “Sub-total” and the option to add the product to your shopping cart.
Tip: the more you order, the lower the per unit price.
How do I submit my artwork?
Your artwork files can be uploaded during the on-line ordering process or you have the option to email to us after your order has been placed.
How does the ordering process work?
We have designed our on-line ordering system to be as easy as possible for our customers.
Simply browse/select your products, enter the quantities required by size, and the location of your logo or design. We also have an available option to personalize products with names and/or numbers.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an email confirmation that contains all the details of your order. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a phone call from a customer service representative to review your order, and answer any questions/concerns that you may have. Following the order review process you will receive a digital proof of the product(s) you ordered that includes the placement of your artwork. This will give you a visual of what the end product(s) will look like. We will not start producing your order until we have your approval of the digital proofs.
What artwork file types do you accept?
We accept artwork in the following formats: AI, EPS, GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG, PSD, PDF, CDR, TIPP or BMP.
If you have any problems with uploading or formatting your artwork, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our design team can assist you with converting your artwork to an accepted format at no extra charge.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, digital print & twill decoration types.
What happens if I receive a defective product or I’m not happy with the quality of the decoration?
We pride ourselves on providing world class customer service, and high quality products.
If you receive a defective product or are unhappy with the quality of the decoration, please contact our customer service centre. We will replace all defective items at no charge to you.

What is Digital Print?
Digital Print is a decoration method whereby your logo or design is printed onto a digital transfer paper and then applied to a garment or product using heat.
What is Embroidery?
Embroidery is a decoration method whereby your logo or design is sewn into the garment or product.
What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a decoration method whereby inks are applied directly to the garment. Your logo or design is transferred to a very fine fabric (the screen) such that the non-printing areas are blocked off and the fabric serves as a stencil. The ink is wiped across the screen and passes through the unblocked pores of the screen onto the garment. Each color within a given logo or design requires a separate screen and the process described above is repeated.
What is the cost to have my order shipped?
For orders over $300, shipping is free.
For orders under $300, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

United States Shipping:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout for orders being shipped to the United States.
*Note: we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

What is the maximum screen print size for my design?
The size of the screen print design is dependent on the product being decorated and the location of the imprint. For example: the maximum size of a screen print design on the front of an adult t-shirt is 15 inches wide by 16 inches high.
What is Twill?
Twill is a decoration method whereby letters, numbers and logos are cut from poly-twill fabric using laser, digital cutter, or scissors, and then sewn to a garment. An adhesive backing tacks the material in place and the edges are stitched using a digital embroidery machine in a matching or contrasting thread. Tackle Twill embellishment is commonly used for professional sports team’s uniforms because of its durability and elegance.

When can I expect to receive my order once placed?
Production of your order will commence as soon as you approve your artwork, and digital proofs. As a general rule of thumb you will receive your order within 10 business days.
*Please note that the 10 business day turnaround time starts upon your approval to proceed with the order.
